bng Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bng platform, including the website at bng.bar, the bng mobile application, and all games and services offered through those channels. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

bng reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms apply to players in the Philippines only. Access to and use of bng from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited is done at the individual's own risk and is not supported by bng.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You have not previously had a bng account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

Each person may hold only one active bng account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, bng reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and review any associated transactions.

Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. You must not share your account with another person, allow another person to use your account, or use another person's account. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registered account holder.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on bng are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no foreign currency conversions involved at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum transaction amounts are displayed on the Deposit page. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. bng reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method.

• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.
• bng reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending verification of identity or transaction history.
• Any funds deposited in error should be reported to [email protected] as soon as possible.

bng does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. These external charges are outside bng's control.

5. Game Use and Betting Rules

All games available on the bng platform — including eBingo, live casino table games, slots, electronic table games, and sports betting — are subject to the specific rules published for each game type. These general Terms apply alongside those specific rules.

Bets placed are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. Bet results are determined by the outcome of the relevant game or event, and results are final except in cases of technical error.

bng reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error due to a technical fault, a pricing error, or any other system malfunction. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the player's balance. bng's decision on bet voidance is final.

The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets without direct manual input from the account holder is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be using such tools will be suspended and relevant balances reviewed.

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of automated tools or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• A self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or legal obligation requiring account closure.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimate remaining balances will be returned to the account holder through the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bng's liability for any losses or damages arising from use of the platform — including losses from interrupted service, game errors, or third-party payment processing delays — is limited to the value of your account balance at the time the issue occurred.

bng is not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our direct control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions.

9. Responsible Gaming
